The artisanal Panettone DiVino with a blend of Raisin Wines without candied fruit has a yellow and well-alveolated dough, obtained with our sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The basic ingredients, such as mountain butter, milk and cream, are all fresh. The dough is then enriched with natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food presidium, juicy sultanas and a blend of Italian sweet wines that gives the Panettone a unique aroma and softness.
