She’s collected embroidered napkins, crocheted doilies and lace table runners from local vendors here in Aurora for you to print on.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou’ll choose a handful of local dye plants to work with from a provided assortment of fall favorites including oak and maple leaves. This workshop is very much beginner friendly as the fabric will be pre scoured, mordanted and immediately ready to print on. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePeople have been making dyes out of plants since the Neolithic era. This workshop is a wonderful way to connect with our shared humanity and to root in an ancient creative practice.
